Kirkpatrick Level 2 Assessment: Learning

This was in interesting exercise to complete. I initially thought it would be easy to measure students' level of knowledge and skill acquisition, but the process of formulating and structuring questions became a bit challenging. I realized that I needed to rely on open-ended, more qualitative questions with short to medium length answers was more appropriate. I still have some refining to do but this is a solid start.
